Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer; if there is a significant delay, we’ll email you.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates typically activate within 24 hours. You can track your package via the carrier’s website or from your Ravenlocke Studios account dashboard (if you created an account at checkout).


Shipping Coverage

U.S. only: Ravenlocke Studios LLC currently ships within the United States and does not offer international shipping at this time.

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please allow additional time for delivery to military or remote areas.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Ravenlocke Studios LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit; however, we’re happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.
  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, check with the carrier and neighbors first, then contact us so we can assist.
